Every package includes Leopards' shuttle, which runs the entire three-club crawl — pickup and drop-off on the Windsor side. For 100+ we can arrange a coach from Michigan.

The shuttle is Leopards Lounge's own, included at no extra cost in both Standard and VIP. It runs the whole crawl.

How the night moves
Give your host a Windsor pickup address — usually your hotel. You'll get your exact pickup point and time on the run sheet.
The shuttle collects your group and takes you to the first club. You walk past the line into your reserved VIP booth.
It loops the group between all three clubs on your schedule, then drops you back at the end of the night.
Getting to the Windsor side
The free shuttle is Windsor-side only — there's no Detroit pickup. Cross the border first, then we take over:
- Tunnel Bus — downtown Detroit to downtown Windsor, no car needed
- Drive — park downtown (free after 6 PM) or at your hotel
- Private coach — for 100+, we arrange a bus from Michigan
Shuttle FAQ
Is the shuttle really free?
Yes. The shuttle is Leopards Lounge's own shuttle and it's included with both the Standard and VIP packages at no extra cost. It runs the entire three-club crawl — pickup and drop-off.
Where does the shuttle pick up?
At a Windsor address on its route — typically your downtown hotel. There is no Detroit-side pickup: cross the border first by tunnel bus or car, then the shuttle handles the whole night on the Windsor side.
What are the shuttle hours?
Leopards' shuttle runs Friday and Saturday nights, roughly 9 PM to 2 AM, which lines up with the crawl. Your host confirms your exact pickup time and point with your run sheet.
Can you arrange a bus from Detroit or Michigan?
Yes — for larger groups (100+ especially) we can arrange a private coach from Detroit, Ann Arbor or East Lansing. Ask on your quote and we'll price it. This is separate from the free Windsor-side crawl shuttle.
Do we need to book the shuttle separately?
No. When you book a Standard or VIP package the shuttle is already included. Just give your host the Windsor pickup address.
Can the shuttle take our whole group at once?
It runs a loop across the crawl, so large groups are moved in the flow of the night rather than all at once. For very large chapters or parties, a private coach keeps everyone together — ask your host.
What if we're not staying at a hotel on the route?
Tell your host where you're starting. We'll set a pickup point on the route that works for your group.
