Age, ID & the border
Is Windsor 19+?
Yes. Ontario's legal drinking and entry age is 19, and photo ID is checked at every club door. Michigan is 21+, which is why so many groups cross the river.
Can a 19- or 20-year-old from Michigan get in?
Yes. Ontario law is 19+, so 19- and 20-year-olds are welcome with valid government photo ID.
What ID do I need to cross and to enter?
To cross the border you need a passport, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS. At the door, any valid government photo ID showing you are 19+.
Do the clubs take US dollars?
Most accept USD cash, but you'll get a better rate paying by card in CAD or exchanging first. Packages are billed in CAD.
How far is the tunnel from the clubs?
Cheetah's is about a one-minute walk from the Detroit-Windsor tunnel; Leopards is a short drive or on the crawl shuttle.
Booking & payment
What exactly am I buying online?
Entry, a VIP booth/area reservation, the shuttle and host services for your group — paid in full upfront by the organizer. Never alcohol.
Is the whole group paid upfront?
Yes. The organizer pays the full group total at checkout (per-person rate × headcount).
What's the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard ($25/person) is guaranteed entry + a free VIP booth + free shuttle. VIP ($85/person) adds VIP-area access and a bottle-service credit redeemed at the venue.
How does the VIP bottle-service credit work?
Show your confirmation at the venue: $25 comes off mid/top-shelf bottles and $50 off premium/luxury bottles you buy there. Alcohol is always purchased at the club.
Does the package cover all three clubs?
Yes — one package covers the whole three-club crawl for one night, with the shuttle moving your group between them.
How does the 2-night deal work?
Book two nights and take 15% off the whole booking. Pick your second date at checkout.
Can I change my date?
Yes — free date change up to 7 days before your night.
What if we cancel?
Cancellations refund 85% (a 15% fee is retained). For Ultimate accommodation/tours, those extras refund per the provider's own policy, stated on your order.
Is HST included?
Yes — displayed prices are HST-inclusive.
Group sizes
Is there a minimum group size?
Yes, 10 guests for the Standard and VIP packages.
We're under 10 — what now?
Send a quick quote request and we'll sort a small-group option.
What is Ultimate?
For 20+ groups: everything in VIP plus optional accommodation and local tours/experiences, custom-quoted.
Do you take 100+?
Yes — we regularly host large chapters and parties; buses from Michigan can be arranged.
Transport & shuttle
Is the shuttle really free?
Yes — Leopards' shuttle is included with both Standard and VIP and runs the entire crawl, pickup and drop-off.
Where does it pick up?
At Windsor addresses on its route (e.g. your hotel). There is no Detroit-side pickup — cross by tunnel bus or car first, then we handle the night.
Can you arrange a bus from Detroit, Ann Arbor or East Lansing?
Yes, for larger groups — ask on your quote and we'll price it.
Drinks, dances & rules
Can we pre-buy bottles online?
No. Ontario rules mean drinks are bought at the club; your VIP credit is applied there.
Are women and couples welcome?
Yes — all three clubs welcome women, couples and mixed groups; Alley Katz even has couple entry pricing.
What does security look like?
Professional, heavy security — especially at Leopards — so big groups are well looked after.
