Booking & cancellation policy
- Free date change up to 7 days before your night.
- Cancellations: a 15% fee is retained; 85% is refunded.
- Ultimate extras (accommodation, tours, experiences) refund according to the hotel’s or provider’s own policy, which we state on your pay-link order.
- Headcount can be increased until 48 hours before at the same per-person rate; it cannot drop below 10.
- The group total is paid in full by the organizer at checkout. Drinks are bought at the club; any VIP bottle-service credit is applied there.
