How the night runs
One host, one run sheet, one bill. Here's the shape of a Windsor VIP night.
Send your date and headcount. Your host reserves booths, prepares the invoice and confirms within 24 hours with the run sheet and pickup point.
Shuttle collects the group from your hotel or the convention-centre area on its Windsor route.
Reserved VIP booth, no line. Bottle service at the table; VIP package adds a bottle-service credit redeemed on-site.
The shuttle moves the group between all three clubs on your schedule.
Drop-off back at the hotel. One invoice, settled by the organizer.
Questions, answered
Can we get a single invoice?
Yes. The organizer pays the group total at checkout (per-person rate x headcount), so there is one clean charge for expenses. Ultimate bookings route through a quote and pay link.
Can you arrange accommodation and daytime plans?
For 20+ groups, the Ultimate package adds arranged accommodation and local tours or experiences, custom-quoted.
What does the team need to cross?
A passport, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS to re-enter the US, and valid government photo ID showing 19+ at the door.
How big can the group be?
From 10 to 150+. For 100+ we can arrange a coach from Michigan.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free date change up to 7 days out. Cancellations refund 85% (a 15% fee is retained); Ultimate add-ons follow the provider's policy, stated on your order.
